Multi purpose pilot plants for supercritical fluid applications
SEPAREX designs and builds R&D Multi-purpose LAB SYSTEMS and PILOT PLANTS to your specifications. Turn-key and tailored-designed systems designed for process development on a wide range of supercritical fluid and high pressure processes: Extraction and fractionation, reactions, particle formation and formulation, aerogel, drying impregnation or any process that you wish to explore.
Autoclaves and reactors can typically range from 1 to 100 litres. Products and solvents are introduced in the process using SEPAREX high pressure pumping systems: Piston, syringe or membrane pumps, gas compressors. Products are collected at reactor exit through high performance separators, filtration system or any other system specifically developed for your application and environment.
SEPAREX masters most of the high pressure processes
We have developed high-pressure vessel instruments and accessories optimised for the different processes.
All high-pressure vessels can be either standard and low cost reactors or can be designed specifically for your environment and be ergonomically optimized, adapted to fit your safety requests or your specific product dimensions.
With SEPAREX, any client has the real choice to define what he needs and to choose exactly the type of system that will fit the application in his given environment.
We will define and adapt your system to :

- Your product requirements (toxic products, food products, ultra clean environment, etc…).
- Your installation requirements (lab, clean room, industrial environment, difficult access, etc...).

For oxidation, hydrogenation or many other reactions, Separex is proposing system working at very high temperature (up to 700°C) and at various pressures and up 1,000 bar.
