Equipment Demonstration

As SEPAREX operates several equipments available for process development, we propose equipment demonstration for process feasibility, process optimisation and process demonstration before acquisition. These tests can help in specifications of your plant.

We have also established many collaborations with universties, partners and clients so that some demonstration and process development studies can be proposed to define the best equipment to specify and acquire. 

Engineering services 

SEPAREX is used to supply basic or detailed engineering, hazard studies, both on existing or new plants, some process improvements, and some special HP component design.

Maintenance & After sale service services

SEPAREX proposes preventive maintenance on all our systems to help you maintain your installation in the best condition of performance and safety, and to respect regulation requirements for pressure systems.

After installation we propose online maintenance or site maintenance for any repair or modification of your plant. We help you in Regulatory maintenance for Safety valve recalibration with notified body, or on-site hydraulic test of your high-pressure vessel or of the complete installation with/without notified body depending on the case.

SEPAREX can also advise on possible modifications and maintenance needed on your high-pressure system: We design the modification, realize it and handle all the regulatory and safety aspects.

We also sell second-hand units as the life-time of our units is often very long. SEPAREX is always ready to help you finding new opportunities for your system, proposing buy-back options, modifications for a partner, selling to a new user, or revamping the unit for another life….
